Delivery Information

Please read the following information before purchasing:

  • Ready Set Stand ships orders between -Thursday. We will do our best to ensure all orders are processed the next day but this may not always be guaranteed.

  • Please note we do not operate on weekends or public holidays so any orders placed during these days will be shipped the following business day.

  • Desks are flat packed and are delivered by TNT Express couriers which usually takes 2-4 business days.

  • Delivery is to ground floor only. Please advise us if you do require delivery to a higher floor at time of purchase.

  • Currently we are only shipping within Australia… If you would like to arrange a quote for shipping outside of Australia please contact us

  • For larger orders (4 or more desks) the delivery time may be longer. Please contact us if you'd like to discuss your shipping dates and delivery/installation needs.

  • Shipping times are estimates only, and whilst we'll do our best to ensure timely delivery, unfortunate events (that we always hope don’t happen!) may cause some delays - like the weather, shipping/customs delays, inventory shortages etc.

Returns Policy

We at Ready Set Stand are committed to providing our customers with quality products, great service and support.  We also strive to provide you with guidance and useful information to help you choose the right product for your needs. But for any reason you aren’t happy with your product, please complete our Request for Return Form within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Returned items are subject to inspection prior to a full refund less freight and handling fees.

We will endeavor to process your return request within 7 days, so we thank you in advance for your patience. 

 

Return Policy details

  • Items may be refunded within 14 days of receipt of purchase – items must be returned un-opened, in its original, un-assembled, ‘as-new’ condition and must include all original packaging. Items that are returned damaged or not in its original condition will be subject to additional restocking frees.

  • A 10% restocking fee applies to all opened items

  •  We cannot accept refunds on items:

    • That have been assembled   

    • Where original packaging has been discarded   

    • That have been returned damaged
      If any of the above occurs, a restocking fee of 25% plus the return postage/freight and handling fees will be deducted from your refund

  •  Any custom made products are not returnable

  •   Multiple desk orders are not returnable

  • The customer is responsible for the costs of shipping the return items to the address provided by Ready Set Stand.   

  • The customer is also responsible for returning the items in original condition and undamaged. Please note that items that are not returned in the condition they were originally received, then this may incur additional fees.

 

Cancelled products

If you wish to cancel your order before it’s delivery (usually dispatched and delivered within 1-4 days of purchase receipt) – please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll gladly issue your refund within 2-3 days of your cancellation, and promise to do our best to cancel your order before shipping. If we  are unable to cancel items before goods have shipped, the order will be subject to our returns policy.   

 

Items damaged in transit

Items that are damaged during transit are covered in our 14-day return policy. We will require photographs for our records. Please complete the request for return form and we’ll contact you as soon as we can.   

Product Warranty

Ready Set Stand desks come with the following warranty:

  • Single & Dual Motor Standing Desks(Frame only): 3 Year warranty on moving/electrical parts from date of purchase; 5 year warranty of frames. If it is determined that the defect or failure was caused by misuse or abuse of the product, repairs and return shipping will be at the customer’s expense.

Warranty does not cover general wear and tear to the desktop surfaces, any modifications made to the product, or any scratches/scuffing of paint.
